homebound.

We were starting a 10 hour drive far too late in a day, but we managed to make it fun :)  We stopped in Lexington, KY to visit Aunt Crista at Chick-fil-A and had a great time!

beautiful campus.

After chapel, we headed up to the cafeteria for lunch and then walked back down to our van for the trip home…this place's beauty never gets old!

chapel speaker.

It was such an honor for Brian to be asked to speak at Milligan's chapel!  I can't quite put into words what it was like to sit in those seats, in that chapel, with FOUR kids, watching the goofy guy I fell in love with over a decade ago stand on that stage, and speak to a student body that I'm sure was us yesterday!  It was a blessing!  Thats about all I can say…I true blessing!  God's goodness overwhelmed me in that moment!  And…Brian did an awesome job!

the sub.

Our last day at Milligan found us in the SUB Grill.  We were hanging out until it was time for Daddy to  preach in Chapel and the kiddos might have requested some junk to snack on ;)

sweet friends.

That night, we headed to Chris and Amelia's house! Such a sweet night with friends!

There were even fireworks that popped up in their backyard!  Amelia put Case on her shoulders to see the sights :)  And then we enjoyed listening to Chris play while we made s'mores!  Great night!

cutie pie.

Although this little boy can try our patience at times, he is pure sweetness! Love this sweet boy and his precious smile!
