christmas jammies.

We had a fun dinner out, hit up Barnes and Noble, and I shopped for the kids Christmas jammies. So, after swimming, it was time for an attempt at a Christmas jammie photo shoot ;) And note I said ATTEMPT! It didn't go so well :)

But the memories are documented none-the-less :)

family trip.

We took our 2nd annual November trip to Bloomington as a family back the second week of November. The favored part for the kids...the pool!

They were SOOOOO excited!!!

It was a bit chilly, so keeping the majority of your body under water was key ;)

We had a crew over to our house on Halloween this year again and after some chili and goodies, we headed out for some trick-or-treating.

We had quite the crew indeed!

There are those sweet Spider Taltys again :)

They were very serious about the task before them :)

Cole wanted us to make "muscles" :)

pumpkin carving.

The morning after the pumpkin patch, we decided to get to work on pumpkin carving before Nana and Papaw had to go...varying interest levels. I'll just say that ;)

This girl ALWAYS loves the goo! (Notice muncher back there...he only wanted to lick the pumpkin...YUK!)

Camden's face says it all...pure disgust! And it would appear that we had taken away Case's snack :)

Oh, it's back...

...and he's happy!!!

Such a fun sport!

Still disgusted ;) I love this face!!!

But he's working at it none the less!

Now Case is getting in on it...

...and the verdict...he LOVES it too :)

I'm pretty sure however that Case's key phrase that day was, "Uh-oh, MESS!!!"

halloween decor.

I forgot to post these sooner...this is a snippet of what Aunt Crista did with the kiddos the weekend prior when Daddy and I went on an overnight date to Chicago! Never gets boring with her here :) Thanks for the decor Sis!

That weekend, we also experienced our 6th Annual Boo at the Zoo with our spider people :)

My how this group has grown!!!...and we were missing some!

Then came time for Case to pick out a pumpkin...

...and he's very proud of it...

...and he's not letting it go...

...because he was WAY too proud!!! ;)

These big kids loved this place too!

And, out to the patch we went.
