another celebration.

A few weeks ago, we went to our local Culvers where Cole has a very sweet admirer. Every time we walk into this place, this lady announces, "Look, Cole's here!" It really is sweet. Well, Cole told her that she had just had a birthday, so the following pictures are how this sweet saint treated her to a birthday party! The workers even came out and sang Happy Birthday to her!


Cole was more excited about the little balloons than the ice cream.

Camden took his ice cream eating very seriously. The days of sharing ice cream with "Sissy" is over. The boy wants his OWN ice cream! :)

girls' day

A few weeks ago, my amazing husband watched the kids while I went with friends to the spa for the day to celebrate Kim's 30th birthday. This was quite the treat! Thanks girls for a fun day!

Our church had a water day a few weeks ago and the kids had so much fun!

Our last activity during Crista's visit was a trip to the zoo playground. It was HOT, but you know how the kids LOVE the playground!

About 3 weeks ago...sorry, I'm trying to catch up!!! While Crista was still in town, we took a quick afternoon trip up to the school playground. Both of the kids love the playground, but Cole, in particularly, is becoming quite the climber!

We spent our July 4th playing outside and had a fun dinner out to cheddars. Aunt Crista can sure keep these guys entertained!

We've spent a lot of time in our backyard this year in the pool, in the sprinklers and on the playground. It's been so fun to watch the kids really learn to play with each other. This is what a typical evening might look like at the Talty household.

It was a pretty soggy 4th of July in our neck of the woods. The kids didn't mind--they just enlisted Aunt Crista and Daddy to play outside with them in it!
