momma's boy.

I know this may change one day, but for now, he's MINE :) He likes me to hold him, kiss him, feed him, tickle him, love on him...he likes me and I really like him!!! This momma's boy phase is often short lived so I'm enjoying it while it lasts!!!

mornings at the mannings.

Back to my regularly scheduled posts (or really late posts)!
We spent some special time in the mornings while there with the family!

a BIG announcement.

I must interrupt this Cleveland trip list of posts for an important announcement...
On January 1, 2011, My Dad, aka Papaw turned 50!!! A very special day, for a VERY special man!

Next time Dad, you may want to be a bit more selective about the faces you make for MY camera ;)
Notice I said VERY SPECIAL!

I love you Dad! It is a privilege to be your daughter and my kids are so very blessed to call you Papaw! I love you!
And am very sorry you're getting old! ;) (However, we won't discuss the fact that I'm getting old right there with you!)

coming to a close.

We definitely had a long, but special day with our family!

Aunt Colleen and Case were checking out the tree!

Uncle Michael knew just where to tickle this boy!

I think this is one of Mimi and Cole's favorite activities to do together...sweet :)

She was ready for bed, but needed to pose for a picture first :)

Case was not lacking attention...that's for sure!

Uncle Michael and Aunt Maureen provided lots of laughs for this little guy!

The kids made sure to get their story time before bed and it looks like Tony was up that night :)

new years day cont.

On New Years Day, we continued the day with...

...great conversation! Brian and Uncle Jim seem to be deep in thought ;)

...board games :)

...snuggles! Case loved Delayne as much as his brother does!

...posing. Beautiful girl!!!

...storytime with Uncle Jim!

...playtime with Mimi!

...and cuddle time on the couch!

proud people.

On New Years Day, Grampa came into town also. I tell ya, it never gets old watching Grandparents show off their grandkids! I think they're proud of them ;)

Good lookin' bunch!

needed snuggles.

Now this lady needed some MAJOR snuggles, so Case came through for us on that front! And Cole came through with some "comforting" words for Aunt Maureen. (But that's debatable, right Maureen;) We love you Aunt Maureen, and were so grateful to be there with you!

new years day.

The next day, there were major snuggles to catch up on...Mimi got right to work!

And of course coloring was a must!
The kids (&Guinness) were pretty excited about their hats...okay, maybe Guinness wasn't so excited ;) (Notice I left Aunt Colleen as a "kid"...you qualify:)

unexpected new years.

We decided on Christmas day, after hearing about our Uncle Jim's passing, that we were going to head to Cleveland on New Years Eve to be with the family. Although the circumstances were difficult, we sure made the most of being together! We love you all so much!
Thank you, Uncle Tony & Aunt Colleen for hosting this crazy crew once again!!!

Sweet smiles!

Brian woke up just in time to ring in the New Year ;)

favorites.

There was no question about some of their favorite items right after Christmas...

case's first snow.

Case's first experience with snow... It has to be better than his brother's affection for the cold.

Sweet baby boy!

We got a bit ambitious...

He wasn't totally thrilled about this, but hey we tried!
