road trip.

A couple of weeks ago, while Daddy was out of town, I headed to Louisville by myself with the 3 kiddos! It was quite the adventure, but I must say it went way more smoothly than I could have ever dreamed!!!
Cole was my HUGE helper on the trip there and back! She kept Case happy the entire trip and even fed him a bottle saving us a huge stop along the way! Camden was a super guy too...he stayed quite content eating snacks :)
One of our first stops when we got there was to visit my Grandma and Grandpa.

Cole and Grandpa spent some time outside playing with Mr. Hersh the kitty...Cole was a happy girl!

Case took a good nap with Grandma!

Ya know, it's a real shame that no one loves our kiddos ;)

We enjoyed a nice lunch at church a couple of weeks ago and the kids always love all of the attention :)

This little guy is changing so much every day!

beat the heat.

It has been blazin' hot here in the midwest and we're doing our best to stay cool! A couple of weeks ago, we headed to the pool with some friends to do just that.

As I have a habit of doing...the next 4 pictures...well I just couldn't choose. I could just eat him up :) Case was loving our friend Erin and looking pretty cute in his gear!

Some dear friends of ours, Jeff and Judy, had us over the Monday following the 4th. Poor Camden can't exactly pronounce their names properly, hence the title of the post. :) ha!

Okay, so I'm aware that I'm REALLY far behind once again, but hey, we're still truckin'!

We had a fun 4th (well the party and fireworks were actually on the 3rd) at our neighbor's cook-out!

Cole especially loved the special treat of a pop and a lawn chair! This girl is relaxed! (and yes, i said POP girls :)
